Time is precious to each one of us and we often desire to have more of it. Many people today like to think death is the end and that’s it. The Bible tells because of sin it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. There is coming a day when everyone will face God as Saviour or a judge. There is good news in the Gospel now is the well-accepted time; behold, now the day of salvation. The Lord Jesus Christ loves you and He laid down His life at Calvary’s cross to save you from your sins. Have you responded to God’s invitation?
God loves you with an everlasting love and he desires for you to be saved. The Bible tells us that in our sins we face death and the judgment of God but the Gospel is good news. Over 2000 years ago, God sent a Saviour, Jesus Christ into the world to save sinners.
In grace, God extends His outstretched hands, ready to bless. He loved the world and sent Jesus Christ to save sinners. At Calvary’s cross, Jesus laid down His life for us. Through His precious shed blood, our sins are washed away and we can receive Salvation by repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus.
Many people today make great preparations for their chosen career, education and many other aspirations but are you prepared to meet God? The Bible tells us that it “is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment”. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Hiding is something we do when we are afraid or ashamed of something we’ve done. Adam and Eve hid from the presence of God when they sinned and disobeyed him in the garden of Eden. Cain fled from the presence of God after he murdered his brother Able. The Bible tells us in the book of Romans, “as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men”. The wonderful news in the Gospel is Jesus came into the world to save sinners. At Calvary’s cross Jesus laid down His life to redeem sinners. There is no need to hide from God “he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.”
Are you suitable for God’s presence? The Gospel is the greatest invitation of all time and it’s a message from God himself. In our sins we have wondered away form a holy God but the Gospel is preached that you may be saved. The Lord Jesus Christ went to Calvary’s cross to save you form your sins. We read in the word of God the Jesus the just one died for the unjust that he may bring us to God.
Jesus is coming back very soon. Are you ready? One day the Lord Jesus will come back to take every Christian believer to be with himself. Where will you be? The Gospel is preached to bring souls to Christ and present to sinners the Saviour that God has provided. Over 2000 years ago the Lord Jesus went to Calvary’s cross to bring Salvation to sinners. Jesus willing laid down His life for you that you may receive peace with God and the certainty of heaven.
