In this message, we consider the deeply personal and loving appeal God makes to humanity through the Gospel. From the prophetic words of Isaiah to the tender interactions of Jesus, we see that God is not distant—He calls us by name, redeems us, and invites us into a relationship marked by worship, truth, and gratitude.
Isaiah reminds us that we are known and loved by the One who formed us: “Fear not, for I have redeemed thee… thou art Mine.” (Isaiah 43:1). Jesus’ encounter with the thankful Samaritan (Luke 17) shows us that God values a heart that returns to Him with praise. And in John 4, we see that God still seeks true worshippers—those who respond to His Spirit-led appeal with sincere faith.
This preaching calls us to hear God’s voice through the Gospel—not just as a command to obey, but as a heartfelt appeal from the Creator who longs for our worship, our gratitude, and our trust. Will you respond?
