Over 40 times in the Bible, God is referred to as a refuge. Many people today long to find a place of safety, somewhere to take refuge and be at peace. In the Bible, God promises to be “our refuge and strength, a help in distresses, very readily found.” God so loved you that He sent a Savior, Jesus Christ, to draw near to you and show us that it is in Him we can find a place of refuge.
The Gospel is preached that you may come to Jesus.
