The Gospel is God’s answer to the problem of sin. Over 2,000 years ago, Jesus came to earth on a rescue mission. When we look at the world around us, or even reflect on history, we see a massive barrier separating us from a holy and righteous God—that barrier is sin. This barrier is far too great for us to overcome on our own. But God, in His love, sent someone to remove that barrier completely: a Saviour, Jesus Christ.
How do we live the Christian life? Believers often find it difficult to walk the Christian path. What is the answer? The Bible tells us to look to our risen Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, who is faithful to guide us through life’s challenges. It is the Lord Jesus who can give us the power to transform our lives for His glory.
The Gospel offers you peace with God, forgiveness of sins, and eternal life. How do we receive these wonderful blessings? Jesus illustrates this simply by saying, “I am the door: if anyone enters in by me, he shall be saved”.
Recently, many men and women have been striving for bronze, silver, or gold at the Olympics in Paris. In this preaching, you will hear about the reward that God desires to give you in the Gospel. None of us deserve this reward; we have all fallen short of the glory of God. But God loves you so much that He has provided salvation from your sins through the person of the Lord Jesus.
In this Gospel preaching you will hear about two men who had visions from God.
Who is God? What is He like? Throughout history, many people have asked these questions and many are still searching for answers today. The Bible tells us that God is holy, righteous, and merciful towards mankind. In our sins, we have gone far from God, but in the Gospel, we hear that God has come near to us through His Son, Jesus Christ. God is fully revealed in Jesus, and we see His love for us at Calvary’s cross, where He sent His Son to be a Savior for sinners.
In this Gospel preaching, you will hear of three meeting places. Firstly, a meeting at the cross, secondly, a meeting at the mercy seat (the Lord Jesus), and finally, a meeting in the air.
In this Gospel preaching, you will hear about three people: one who could not be persuaded, one who was almost persuaded, and one who was fully persuaded to trust in the Lord Jesus.
Mankind has a Spirit, Soul, Mind and Body. God desires for the believer to be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. In this address, we see what the scripture teaches us about our spirit, soul, mind and body.
