In this Gospel preaching, you will hear of three promises from Jesus.
God is offering forgiveness for you in the Gospel. The scriptures tell us that we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God but there is a way we can be reconciled to God through the work of the Lord Jesus Christ.
If we take a look around us today or even back in history we see one big barrier separating us from a holy and righteous God. That barrier is “SIN”. God knows the heart and our innermost thoughts. This sin barrier is too much for us to take on ourselves. In fact, there is no way we can remove it on our own. That is why God sent someone to REMOVE it completely, a Saviour; Jesus Christ.
We live in a world where everyone wants everything instantly. God’s timing is always perfect. In this preaching, you will what the scriptures say about God timing.
Stephen and Mephibosheth were marked by endurance and these two men are great examples for all believers today. Sometimes our hearts can be filled with worries and doubts on our Christian pathway but God is faithful. There is a way to endure by looking to our Lord Jesus Christ the author and completer of our faith. In this word, you will hear of Endurance as seen in Stephen and Mephibosheth.
The fear of death can steal the joy of our salvation. The words “Fear not” appears in the Bible 365 times. In the world today many are fearful of the reality of death. God desires for each believer to conquer this fear by depending totally on our Saviour and Lord, Jesus Christ. In Christ, we are able to overcome the fear of death and by faith in Him, our hearts are filled with joy.
We can read of many examples in the scriptures of people who were transformed by coming to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. The Gospel is preached that you may come to Jesus. The Lord Jesus came into this world to rescue the sinner and He is able to truly transform us from a life of sin to a life that pleases God.
God has provided a wonderful Saviour in the Gospel, the man Christ Jesus. Over 2000 years ago, the Lord Jesus came into this world to save you from your sins. The scriptures tell us that our sins have separated us far from God but there is hope found in the man Christ Jesus.
The Bible tells us that the human heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked. This is a result of sin coming into the world after the devil tempted Adam and Eve. The Good news in the Gospel is that God desires to give you a new heart. Over 2000 years ago, Jesus came into the world to save sinners who died at Calvery cross to redeem us to God.
