The Gospel is not simply a message about religion, morality, or turning over a new leaf—it is a message about a Person: Jesus Christ. He who was rich became poor for our sake. He came to bring good news to the poor, liberty to the captives, sight to the blind, and freedom to those who are crushed. He gave Himself to redeem us from sin and make us His own.

In the Gospels, we see the transforming power of Jesus in the life of a man who was broken, bound and beyond human help. After encountering Christ, he was found sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind. His life had been changed, and he could not keep silent about what Jesus had done for him.

This is the heart of the Gospel: Jesus Christ came to save, to redeem, to restore and to transform. He is not only the theme of the Gospel—He is the Saviour the Gospel declares.

Come and hear the good news of Jesus Christ.

When the Israelites were bitten by serpents, God told them to look and live. Jesus said the serpent lifted up in the wilderness pointed to Him. “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, thus must the Son of man be lifted up.” — John 3:14 What are you looking at today or Who are you looking at today? —your problems, your failures, your fears, or your circumstances? Look to Jesus. He is the Saviour, He is our hope and He is the One who gives life.

At the cross, God showed us the depth of His love and opened the way for us to be reconciled to Him. The price has been paid for our sins by the Lord Jesus. The invitation is still available through Christ.

Sin separated us from God, but God made a way back. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. At the cross, God demonstrated His love and opened the way for us to be reconciled to  Him.You don’t have to remain separated. “Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

The question is simple: Will you answer His call? Will you come back to God?
