The Gospel is preached that you might receive peace. Many people today are looking for peace but often they can’t find it in anything in this world. The Bible tells us how we can find true peace in the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ. Listen to this Gospel preaching and discover how you can find peace by trust in the work of Jesus.

Bible Scriptures: Darby Translation

Isaiah 59:1-259 Behold, Jehovah’s hand is not shortened that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear;but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid [his] face from you, that he doth not hear.”

Isaiah 59:7-8Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood; their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths;the way of peace they know not, and there is no judgment in their goings; they have made their paths crooked: whoso goeth therein knoweth not peace.

Isaiah 59:15-16And Jehovah saw [it], and it was evil in his sight that there was no judgment.16 And he saw that there was no man, and he wondered that there was no intercessor; and his arm brought him salvation, and his righteousness, it sustained him.”

Isaiah 59:20 “And the Redeemer will come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith Jehovah.”

Isaiah 52:7-8How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that announceth glad tidings, that publisheth peace; that announceth glad tidings of good, that publisheth salvation, that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

—The voice of thy watchmen, they lift up the voice, they sing aloud together; for they shall see eye to eye, when Jehovah shall bring again Zion.”

Isaiah 52:13-1513 Behold, my servant shall deal prudently; he shall be exalted and be lifted up, and be very high.14 As many were astonished at thee—his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the children of men15 —so shall he astonish many nations; kings shall shut their mouths at him: for what had not been told them shall they see, and what they had not heard shall they consider.”

Isaiah 53:153 Who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of Jehovah been revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender sapling, and as a root out of dry ground:”

Isaiah 53:4-6Surely *he* hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; and we, we did regard him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to his own way; and Jehovah hath laid upon him the iniquity of us all.”

Isaiah 53:10-1210 Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him; he hath subjected [him] to suffering. When thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see a seed, he shall prolong [his] days, and the pleasure of Jehovah shall prosper in his hand.11 He shall see of [the fruit of] the travail of his soul, [and] shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant instruct many in righteousness; and *he* shall bear their iniquities. 12 Therefore will I assign him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong: because he hath poured out his soul unto death, and was reckoned with the transgressors; and he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.”

Acts 10:34-4334 And Peter opening his mouth said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons,

35 but in every nation he that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.36 The word which he sent to the sons of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ, (*he* is Lord of all things,)37 *ye* know; the testimony which has spread through the whole of Judaea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism which John preached—38 Jesus who [was] of Nazareth: how God anointed him with [the] Holy Spirit and with power; who went through [all quarters] doing good, and healing all that were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.

39 *We* also [are] witnesses of all things which he did both in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem; whom they also slew, having hanged him on a cross.40 This [man] God raised up the third day and gave him to be openly seen,41 not of all the people, but of witnesses who were chosen before of God, *us* who have eaten and drunk with him after he arose from among [the] dead.

42 And he commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that *he* it is who was determinately appointed of God [to be] judge of living and dead.43 To him all the prophets bear witness that every one that believes on him will receive through his name remission of sins.”
